The Role:
You will be responsible for driving engagement for the entire client life-cycle, including client onboarding session, Meltwater service adoption, report consulting, and executive business review.
Understand clients’ need, create and maintain business value, provide suggestion to C-level executives and key influencers to get renewal procedure done smoothly.
Identify and run up-sale and cross-sale opportunities, working with growth team to expand clients’ portfolio.
Develop strong business acumen to effectively advise clients across many industries and business lines

The program has four phases, with the speed of how quickly your progress between the four determined by how quickly you master them;
- Client Support Analyst: Work closely with Account Managers to provide support for various client projects across Meltwaters’ proprietary software platforms.
- Account Manager: Learning account management, support, client engagement, how to pitch, negotiate, renewal, and sell
- Senior Account Manager: People management, client engagement, and adoption, sales
- Managing Director: Running a multi-million USD portfolio of clients with full P+L responsibility
