演讲者简介：
Fajarudin Akbar是来自印度尼西亚的英语教师，专长包括学术英语与职业交流、商务英语、英语考试备考以及教师专业发展。他的工作重点是实用型交际教学以及英语在真实情境中的应用，并持续与教师合作，探索如何在教学规划和课堂实践中审慎而有机地融入技术。
Deng Guodong (Nick)从事英语教学24年，培养了近4000名毕业生，其中大多在云南从事英语教学工作。
Yang Yong (Peter)从事英语教学14年，在区级和市级教学竞赛、作业设计竞赛以及测评开发竞赛中屡获佳绩，并参与了省级英语教程练习册的编写和编辑工作。
Tin Ma Ma Htet（Htet）是一名教育工作者、包容性倡导者，也是Saya基金会的创始人兼执行主任。她曾在不同教育环境中学习和工作，这些经历塑造了她对身份认同、归属感以及为差异创造空间之重要性的理解。她致力于将包容性理念融入教育的各个层面，包括政策、课程建设、教师发展和组织领导等各层面。Htet梦想这样一个世界：每个人都能因真实的自己而被珍视，每一位学习者在整个教育历程中都不被排斥。她相信，当人们感到被包容、有归属感时，才会有安全感——有意义的学习才由此成为可能。
Speaker Bio:
Fajarudin Akbar is an English language teacher from Indonesia. He specialises in English for academic and professional communication, Business English, English language test preparation, and teacher professional development. His work focuses on practical, communicative teaching and using English in authentic contexts. Fajarudin regularly works with teachers to explore how technology can be integrated thoughtfully into planning and classroom practice.
Deng Guodong (Nick) has been English teacher for 24 years, with almost 4000 graduates, most of whom have become English teachers in Yunnan.
Yang Yong (Peter) has been an English teacher for 14 years, with a track record of excellence in district and municipal teaching competitions, assignment design contests, and assessment development contests, as well as contributions to provincial-level English workbooks as a writer and editor.
Tin Ma Ma Htet (Htet) is an educator, inclusion advocate, and the Founder and Executive Director of Saya Foundation. Her own journey through diverse educational settings has shaped her understanding of identity, belonging, and the importance of creating space for differences. She is committed to weaving inclusion into every part of education, including policy, curriculum, teacher development, and organisational leadership. Htet dreams of a world where everyone is celebrated for who they are and every learner is included throughout their educational journey. She believes that when people feel included and know they belong, they feel safe—and meaningful learning becomes possible.
讲座内容：
本场分享将从三个不同的视角和思路出发，探讨如何根据学生的需求调整课堂教学与教学材料，为每一位学生创造最佳的学习体验。演讲嘉宾将分别讨论：如何运用人工智能调整和改编教学材料、如何帮助每一位学生建立在课堂上开口表达的信心、通过差异化教学为有意义的学习创设不同路径。在此基础上，本场分享还将探讨如何在不给学生贴标签、不降低学习要求的前提下，让全班学生共同参与学习。
Session Description:
Get three different perspectives and ideas about adapting our classes and materials for our learners, so everyone has the best learning experience possible. Our speakers look at adapting materials using AI, helping every learner find the confidence to speak in class, and using differentiation to create different pathways towards meaningful learning, while allowing the class to learn together without labelling learners or lowering expectations.
