演讲者简介：
Annamaria Pinter是英国华威大学应用语言学中心教授，在少儿英语教学、语言教师教育以及以儿童为中心的语言研究方面具有国际知名度。
她围绕第二语言学习、任务型教学以及让儿童参与课堂研究等主题发表了大量研究成果，并出版了多部颇具影响力的面向教师和研究者的著作。她还担任《学校环境中的早期语言学习》（Early Language Learning in School Contexts）系列丛书的主编。她所著的《让儿童参与应用语言学研究》（Engaging Children in Applied Linguistics Research）荣获2024年英国应用语言学协会（BAAL）图书奖。
Speaker Bio:
Annamaria Pinter is a professor at the Centre for Applied Linguistics, University of Warwick, UK, with internationally recognised expertise in teaching English to young learners, language teacher education, and child-centred language research. She has published extensively on second language learning, task-based teaching, and engaging children in classroom research, including several influential books for teachers and researchers. She is also the series editor of Early Language Learning in School Contexts (publisher) and her book Engaging Children in Applied Linguistics Research (publisher) won the 2024 BAAL Book Prize.

Drawing on her own journey as a teacher-researcher, Annamaria explores what it means to place learners at the centre of English language teaching. This session examines how inclusion, social justice, learner agency, and autonomy are interconnected, and why these principles matter in everyday classroom practice. You will leave with practical strategies for creating more inclusive, participatory learning environments that empower learners to take an active role in their own learning.
