On the 16th April, Jonathan Dixon delivered a training session on IELTS SpeakUp for our customer service team based in Hong Kong. The online session introduced SpeakUp to the participants, reminding everyone of the key product features and unique selling points. He explained the SpeakUp user journey, paying particular attention to how our experts provide targeted feedback on the client’s spoken English performance, and give recommendations to help clients achieve their target score. There was also a full demonstration of the product, and time for questions at the end.
