About LikeFund Social Investment

Luoming Information Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was a social enterprise founded in April, 2014. It operates www.dianzan.it which is an Event Driven Online Financial and Advertising Platform. The website aims to sponsor innovative and philanthropic activities, to raise money for activities on campus, in community or charities. The company has a wholly-owned subsidiary Luoming Investment Consultancy Co., Ltd operates a ‘LikeFund’ focusing on social investment (online application: www.innosociety.cn). It also provides strategy consultant for social enterprises and opportunity for young social entrepreneur.  

Consultants

Li Han

Mr. Han is an explorer in social innovation and social enterprise, co-founder of LikeFund. He graduated from School of Math, Lanzhou University and achieved master degree in Finance, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has been worked in investment bank for seven years and experienced in IPO and enterprise’s value assessment in capital market. 

Athena Wang

Athena is from LikeFund founding team and is currently leading angel & seed funding for social enterprises. She graduated from School of Philosophy, Fundan University and her master degree was in E-Business Management in Warwick University. She is experienced in e-commerce, social media and social impact investment. 

 

Investment Initiative

1）Project name: LIKEFUND SOCIAL INVESTMENT 

2）Investment target 

Equity Investment - 5-6 early social enterprises in total. 

LikeFund offers RMB 100,000-200,000 Equity Investment for each social enterprise and prefer to hold around 5%-20% stock share of each.

3）Investment Process

Base on the selection process by British Council’s Social Investment Platform procedure. 

5） Exit Option

Exit Option depends on certain agreement under circumstances.

Wuxi BAOHUDOUDOU Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on sexuality education for children. This is a project initiated by student from Jiangnan University. They associate children education with the Internet and published their fancy cartoon sexual education book by crowd founding.
