Shunhao Jia

Shunhao Jia achieved his master’s degree in Sport Management from Loughborough University and studied PhD in Sport Pedagogy at the University of Birmingham. He is currently a professional football coach working in the Chinese Super League. As the first Chinese coach without a prior professional career in China, he is an inspiration for many young people studying in the UK now aspire to follow in his footsteps and become professional coaches on their return.
Shunhao wishes to continue to build on the foundations established at Loughborough. He hopes to inspire more Chinese students to study sports in the UK and contribute to the growth of football in China on their return.
