Ana Pellicer-Sánchez is Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics and TESOL at the UCL Institute of Education, UK. Her research focuses on the application of eye-tracking to explore language learning processes, with a particular focus on reading comprehension, lexical processing and vocabulary learning. Her recent research has examined learners’ eye movements in different reading conditions (reading-only, reading-while listening, multimodal reading) and their relationship with comprehension and vocabulary learning. She is co-author of An Introduction to Eye-tracking: A Guide for Applied Linguistics Research (2018, CUP).
