Whether or not you respond to the survey will not affect your ability to receive consulting services from our Customer Service Centre.

From a data security perspective, the CRM system employs advanced encryption technology to ensure the secure storage of your data. Additionally, we have established a rigorous internal authorization system, allowing only specifically authorized employees to access your information. Regular internal audits are conducted to further safeguard your information rights.
