Led by Artistic Director Dominic Dromgoole, the prestigious Shakespeare’s Globe present one of Shakespeare’s most popular romantic comedies. 

Since its London premiere in May 2013, the production has won rave reviews and run for 64 performances. With Renaissance costumes and Elizabethan-style staging, Director Dominic Dromgoole presents a classic version A Midsummer Night’s Dream 

Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre

Founded by the pioneering American actor and director Sam Wanamaker, Shakespeare's Globe is dedicated to the exploration of William Shakespeare's work and the playhouse for which he wrote, through the connected means of performance and education. The institute rebuilt the Bard’s old Globe Theatre at almost exactly the same location and it has since expanded to a complex with facilities that serve as integral resources for students, teachers and academics from all over the world. Shakespeare’s Globe also provides educational programs and publishes material for students at all levels.

Director/ Artistic Director of Shakespeare’s Globe: Dominic Dromgoole 

Dominic Dromgoole was appointed Artistic Director of Shakespeare’s Globe in 2006. Prior to this he had been Artistic Director of the Bush Theatre, Director of New Writing at the Old Vic, and Artistic Director of the Oxford Stage Company.
