Fraser supports UK institutions with their international activities in China. This includes delivering bespoke marketing and research services to grow brands, recruit students and develop international partnerships.
Before joining the British Council, Fraser was Marketing Manager for an education start-up in China.
Fraser completed a one year exchange programme at Nanjing University before graduating in Chinese Studies from the University of Sheffield.
