The #EmergingEnglish Higher Education English Medium Content Teacher Community of Practice (CoP) webinar series was held on the 16, 18, 23 and 24 June.
This consisted of a series of webinars aimed at developing and promoting a national Community of Practice (CoP) for English Medium (EM) content practitioners or EAP/ESP practitioners within Higher Education in China. The events primarily shared tips and ideas on how teachers had adapted to teaching without a face-to-face audience but also included more general challenges and solutions of English Medium Instruction or EAP/ESP and reflected on how lessons learned could be integrated into future practice.
Over 700 participants worldwide participated in the live webinars, with more than 10,000 people watching the webinar recordings and over 80,000 following the webinar recording posts on our social media channels.
