From 22 December 2025, join us online for the BAFTA 2025 Shorts Programme — a handpicked showcase of this year’s award winning and nominated short films, presented in collaboration with the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).

This year’s programme features unforgettable stories that reflect the breadth and diversity of UK society, blending bold creativity with world class artistry. Highlights include:

  • Wander to Wonder – Winner of Best British Short Animation, Nina Gantz’s surreal tale of three tiny humans who keep creating episodes of their children’s TV show after their creator’s death.
  • Rock, Paper, Scissors – Winner of Best British Short Film, a powerful graduate project exploring the emotional and psychological impact of war.

Whether you’re drawn to animation, live action drama, or simply discovering fresh voices in film, this programme offers a rare chance to discover the voices shaping the future of British cinema — all from the comfort of home.

The programme is also part of the 2025 campaign of UK Film Season: behind the scenes, led by UK Embassy in China.
