Event Description
The 4 webinar events are held in collaboration with the China English Teacher Professional Teachers Association (ETA). All the events are free and open to teachers from around China and internationally to provide an opportunity for sharing practical ideas from both international and local perspectives that enhance English teaching in the classroom. The term ‘takeaway’ refers to something, whether it be a concept, activity or technique, that teachers can directly take from the event and use in their own classrooms. The first part of the series will present ideas from international perspectives and contexts, with trainers from different countries presenting their classroom ideas on different topic areas for the audience to ‘take away.’
Each webinar will take place in Zoom for 1 hour, with approximately 45 minutes of presentation followed by 10-15 minutes of interactive opportunities to ask questions of the speakers based on their presentations.
